Commerce, MI (March 23, 2009) – Immersion Graphics Inc., has been named winner of the 2008 Diverse Supplier Achievement Award from LifeSecure, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM).
The award is given annually by BCBSM and its subsidiaries to "salute a vendor's delivery of products or services, proactive sharing of industry developments and support of company goals, including cost savings." The honor is particularly meaningful to the company since BCBSM was recognized by the Michigan Minority Business Development Council as its Health Care Sector Corporation of the Year in both 2007 and 2008.
